Timewatch provide a range of services to help make implementing one of our solutions easy.

It all starts with the product, which is intuitive and easy to learn. Here ‘Mr Franklin’s’ saying holds true, if you are involved in learning, even by yourself, you retain that knowledge.

Self Learning Tools

Every Timewatch product includes self learning facilities such as: training videos, quick start guides, help articles, FAQ, knowledgebase etc.

However, from time to time everyone needs personal assistance, and we do that too.

Professional Services

Although we provide a range of self learning tools, these are ideal for our Essentials edition or customers on a tight budget. Where possible, we recommend customers take advantage of our professional implementation services.

Please note that we do not outsource services. We believe if you need help, you want help from an expert you can have a fruitful discussion with and not a script of 500 questions.

Our professional services might cost a little more than the outsourced overseas service center, but you get professional advice from a Timewatch expert who will save you time in the long run.
