New and enhanced timesheet entry.

The latest CentralTime^® / WebTime^® Version 11 now includes the same advanced timesheet entry system from our cloud solution. It’s available free to all customers with a current maintenance contract.

The new timesheet system delivers enhanced performance, stability, and easy of use while decreasing internal support overheads.

Users will love the dramatic speed increase over previous versions as well as sorting by job, stage, activity and day-of-week. It also includes a new search facility and job picker and reflects the new Office 2016 look and feel. Customers with hundreds of lines struggled with earlier systems but won’t with Version 11. The system is fast whether you have five or 500 lines in your timesheet.

Additionally, you can now take advantage of new functionality previously only available with our Cloud solutions, including: Outlook timesheet entry, timesheet entry via PC, Mac or Linux on any browser as well as any device, including iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows phones and tablets.

Timesheet Entry via Outlook.

CentralTime® V11 also supports our optional Outlook timesheet system that turns Outlook appointments and emails into timesheets.

OutlookTime® saves users time utilizing data already contained in Outlook. Users allocate a customer or project to an appointment and then post it to their timesheet. The system also automatically tracks time spent reading and writing emails and allows users to post time spent to their timesheet as well.

OutlookTime® saves users hours each week, pays for itself in minutes, and supports the forthcoming Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, 2010, and 2007.

New enhanced expenses entry and smartphone option.

Expenses entry has also been upgraded to use the same advanced system as our Cloud solution. Now in CentralTime^® / WebTime^® V11, users have a dedicated expenses entry system and can view, manage, and submit expenses separately to timesheets.

The new expenses system is much faster and easier to use and allows users to view current, submitted, approved, and rejected expenses, as well as sort and filter expenses and report upon their own expense claims.

Customers can now take advantage of new functionality previously only available to Cloud users including: support for Macs and Linux, any browser and any device including iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows phones and devices.

Upgrade to CentralTime Enterprise

Also new is CentralTime® Enterprise a 100 percent browser-based system that provides all the functionality of the Windows version of CentralTime® but with advanced features and options.

CentralTime® Enterprise offers customers of our Windows system an upgrade route to our latest technology solutions, either in the Cloud or on your own servers. Discount incentives are available to all customers based on the number of years they have been a customer.

CentralTime® Enterprise provides all of the features of CentralTime® V11, but is 100 percent browser-based, supports Windows 10, all major browsers, and a range of advanced features previously unavailable to CentralTime® for Windows customers.

Additionally, we are offering a discount to loyal customers of a 100 percent trade-in of your current system – you just pay the difference in price – with an offered discount of 10 percent for every year you have been a customer with a maintenance contract, up to a maximum of 10 years. Offer valid until 30th September 2015.

Is Training Included?

All Timewatch® products include access to a free Learning Center with training videos, tips, and support center. We also provide professional training and implementation services, which we recommend for Pro and Enterprise systems due to their higher levels of configurability.

Is Support Included?

All products include a free built-in support center and help desk system. Once you have decided upon your configuration and your requirements for professional services, we can usually get you up and running the same day.

Can I Try Pro or Enterprise?

The Pro and Enterprise systems are highly configurable, and require knowledge and experience to configure. A blind trial is not applicable. Instead, we work with you to learn exactly what you need and match your needs to a configuration you can experience in a test drive or demo.

Can we install it on our servers?

Yes, all systems are available in the Cloud or for installation on your own servers.

Can I change editions?

Yes, you can start on one edition then move to another or add or remove optional modules at any time. In this way you can grow your Timewatch system as you grow.

Are any discounts available?

There are discounts for one-, two-, and three- year terms, volume discounts on the Enterprise range, and we often offer promotions that you may be eligible for. Contact us for details.

Are there any Upgrade Options?

Yes. If you use Outlook you can add our Outlook plug-in which runs inside Outlook and turns appointments and emails into timesheets.
